At Ecolino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable home decor. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
